This website
This is a static website. It does not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers or third-party analytics. There is no cookie banner because the site sets no cookies.
We keep a rudimentary, anonymous page-view counter on our own server: when you open an HTML page, the server derives a country code from your IP address, then discards the IP. Only daily aggregate counts (total views per country) are stored. No visitor ID, fingerprint or cross-page profile is created. These aggregates are for our internal operational use only and are not shown on this public website. The purpose is rough interest measurement (legitimate interest / site operation under the Swiss FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR).
The hosting provider may also keep standard server access logs (e.g. IP address, time, requested URL, user agent) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not used for marketing or profiling.
Contact by email
If you email us (e.g. at info@henschel-robotics.ch), we process the data you send (sender address, content, attachments) to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare or perform a contract. The legal bases under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR are the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.
We retain correspondence for as long as required for the business relationship, statutory retention obligations or the defence of legal claims.

Links to LinkedIn, GitHub or other third-party sites take you away from our website. These providers process data under their own privacy policies; we have no control over their cookies or trackers.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To do so, contact us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or another competent authority.
Changes
We may update this policy when the website or our processes change. The current version is always published on this page.
